30-Day Return Window

We want you to be fully satisfied with your refurbished printer. If it isn't the right fit, you may return it within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

• The printer must be returned in the condition it was received, with all included accessories, cables, and starter ink/toner.
• The original packaging should be used where possible to prevent damage in transit.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

How to Start a Return

2. Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Pack the printer securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as store credit, for Cash on Delivery orders) within 5–10 business days of the returned item passing inspection.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer a different model instead of a refund, let us know when you start your return and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Situations That May Affect Return Eligibility

Printers returned with physical damage not present at delivery, missing accessories, or outside the 30-day window may be subject to a reduced refund or may not qualify for return. We evaluate every case individually and will always explain our decision clearly.
