Shipping Coverage

E Cart Shop ships refurbished printers to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

• Order processing: 1–2 business days before your order ships.
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
• Remote areas: Alaska, Hawaii, and rural addresses may take 7–12 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith based on typical carrier performance and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly shown before you confirm your order — there are no hidden fees added after purchase.

Carriers & Tracking

We ship using major national carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS) depending on package size and destination. A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. You can also check delivery status on our Order Tracking page.

Packaging & Damage

Every printer is securely packaged with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage in transit. If your printer arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Delays & Delivery Issues

Occasionally, weather, carrier volume, or address issues can delay delivery beyond the estimated window. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
